We ask you to kindly fill\u00a0out a brief intake form to provide your massage therapist with pertinent information regarding your health history.<\/p>\n<p>For all subsequent sessions, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a complete session.<\/p>\n<p>24-hours notice is required for all cancellations.
